A GREAT day!!

Hey everyone!

So, today was a GREAT day. I thought it would be horrible, considering that I had to go to school during I week and take a Math quiz and a HUGE Math unit test. But... I got 94% percent on the quiz (not too big of a deal though), and... 92% on the SUPER hard one!! I've never gotten that good of a mark in my LIFE!! I was jumping up and down... =D  Then, Justin came over and we studied and played DDR. I'm pretty bad at it but he's awesome, so we unlocked more songs. =)
Tomorrow I've got a big asthma test and an x-ray, so prayer would be appriciated! I'm a wee bit nervous. I've got another one soon after that, too. Yay. =P

Good-Bye, Semester 1!!

Hey everyone!

Semester 1 is OVER! Well, I have to do my Math 10 provincial still, but other than that, I have this coming week off (to study)! I will definitely be doing some relaxing too, though. This semester, I had Honours English 11, Math 10, Concert Choir, and Vocal Jazz. Next semester, I have Math 11, Socials 11, Drama 11, Concert Choir, and Vocal Jazz. Since this is really my first year at my school, I don't really know many of the teachers there, so I have no idea what my Math and Socials teachers are going to be like. I hope they're nice!
Today was a good day. =)  We didn't do much of anything in class since it's the last day, and Justin came over after, so I had a really great day!

Sickness, sickness, LEAVE ME ALONE!

Hey everyone,

As you can see by the title, I'm still sick, and seemingly getting worse. My fever keeps increasing then breaking, increasing then breaking, and my cough is so bad I sound like a weezle. (Wheezing, get it? Ha. Ha. *coughcough*)
Aaaaaaaaanyways, I missed school today, and almost went insane! I missed my friends, since it's Monday, and I hadn't seen most of them since Friday, including Justin. But he stopped by today after school with my homework questions, and to see me. So sweet! =)

A boring, though not bad weekend.

Hey everyone!

So although this has been one of the boring-est, tear-your-hair-out kind of weekends, I thought that I'd try to blog about something anyways. What did I do with my weekend? I finished up my final project for English, and am in the process of reading the book Obasan, so that I can write a summery/report thingy on it... for tomorrow... I've got about half the book left. =P Yay me... aaaaaanyways, my final project is a magazine, to do with Macbeth. I entitled it "Medieval Living", and included a crossword, jokes, a GROSS recipe for Haggis (I don't care that I'm Scottish, I'm not EVER trying it!), ads, and such. It's supposed to look modern since they obviously wouldn't actually have magazines back then, but I've themed it Medievaly. Yes, that is now a word. =)
Hopefully I get a good mark- it's worth a lot of my final grade, and I worked for HOURS on it!
On a less positive note, I'm sick again/still am sick. Everytime I think I'm almost better, I get sick again! This time is the worst I've been in a while though- chills, killer headache, dizziness, etc. Please pray that I finally get rid of this sickness!!

Happy New Years!

I hope you all had a great night- I know I did! Justin came over and played a board game (Settlers of Catan) with my parents and I, and then we all watched Hairspray. =D  He won the game of Settlers... beginners luck! Haha, just kidding. He was really good at it! But I'm definitely not going easy on him next time we play. =P

I'm so excited for 2010... I have a really good feeling about it. I'm slowly coming back...yes, slowly, but surely. It's not something I want to get into any detail about on my blog, but I went through a pretty rough patch in my life. But, I feel like I may be coming back to my true self, so I'm excited. =)

Anyways, back to homework... sigh. 2 books and hours of Math and Science... oh well.
